My husband bikes at least 20 miles a day. He's in incredible shape, thin, and can eat whatever the hell he wants. I on the other hand was about 30 lbs overweight when I got pregnant, and then gained 30 more. And no, breastfeeding did not help me lose any weight... people act like its the next Phen-Phen or something, its a bunch of bullshit. But anyway, so my husband wants to lose weight, and I want to punch him in the face. I have to work 10x as hard as he does to lose half the weight, usually with a baby attached to me. Yes, Im lazy... I really want a pill that will make me skinny in a day, but I also get annoyed when skinny people talk about getting skinnier! WTF?!
So I have started again the diet that was working until I stopped doing it. Its the same ole no sugar lots of meat thing. Hopefully it will make me want to walk by a mirror naked again, or clothed for that matter! Blah, I hate that I got the grandma nanny belly and thighs... genetics suck.
